  • Shipping Time: This period begins after processing and depends on the chosen shipping method and your delivery destination.

Please note that our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Delivery times may be longer during busy seasons or promotional events.

We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The overall estimated delivery time includes both processing and shipping periods.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, according to Eastern Standard Time.

Tracking Your Package

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can check the tracking status directly on our website. Shipping Delays

If your order is not delivered within 45 calendar days, please reach out to us at [email protected] for a full refund. If you experience any unexpected delays, contact us, and we will aim to respond within 12 hours.

Undelivered Packages

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location thoroughly. Next, contact the shipping carrier to report the issue. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at [email protected].

Incorrect Addresses

We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please verify your shipping details during checkout and inform us immediately at [email protected] if you find any errors.

Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Goal Zenith is not liable for customs fees if: 1) The package is rejected by the recipient, or 2) Delivery fails after multiple attempts. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without a guaranteed refund.
