Order Changes & Exchanges

Please review your order details carefully, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming your purchase. Due to our fast processing times, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as item type, size, or address.

If you notice an error, you have a 6-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel and reorder correctly. If you have any questions before placing your order, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Canceling Orders

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. Cancellations requested after this period may not be possible, as the order may already be in processing or shipping stages. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value applies. To cancel, please email us at [email protected].

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, orders are considered accepted and refunds will not be provided.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

  • Damaged or broken items
  • Design differs from what was ordered
  • Incorrect size or material
  • Wrong product received
  • Product description does not match the item received

Condition of Returned Items

  • Must be in original condition and packaging
  • Cannot have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Defects must be due to our error
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Minor issues like stray threads are not eligible

  • Proof of purchase
  • Evidence of defects
  • Relevant email screenshots

Return and Refund Process

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs will not be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 2 business days for processing. You will be notified by email, and a full refund, including original shipping fees, will be issued promptly.
